The Centre National des arts plastiques in Paris, France, calls for art submissions to commemorate the genocidal massacre of the Tutsis in Rwanda in 1994. The selections are lengthy as the selected committee will review the submissions and shortlist 3-5 applicants who will submit their proposed artwork in January 2024. The winning project will be announced on 7th April 2024, coinciding with the 30th annual commemoration of the genocide. The public will witness the presentation of the artists during the national observance on 7th April 2025.
