Victor Ehikhamenor (b.1970) is a multi hyphenate. He known as an artist, author, and photographer. He began his work as a journalist before making art his full-time profession. He grew up in Edo state, Nigeria. Additionally, Victor has showcased his works of art in art capitals all over the world, such as London, Paris, and New York. His exploration of African cultural heritage, also his memories as a young man growing up in Nigeria serve as inspiration for Ehikhamenor’s works. He is recognized for using a variety of media, such as drawing, sculpture, and installations. Ehikhamenor is a highly respected writer also. Several works to be named, including “The Death of Vivek Oji,” a novel that was nominated for the 2021 Dylan Thomas Prize, and “Excuse Me!,” a compilation of essays.
